Reason : Some companies have a very strict email filtering in their network which classifies system generated emails as spam and move it to either the spam folder or completely filters them. If you do not have the emails in your spam folder, then probably the network firewalls are blocking the emails
Solution : Please contact Support@EthosData.com to get a manual link to register and setup your access to the Project. The Support team will liaise with your IT personnel to make sure that all emails from Support@EthosData.Com are allowed access.
