EthosData has two Platforms -

Please make sure that you are on the right URL to request for a password reset.
To change your password or if you forgot your current password
- Go to the EthosData Virtual Dataroom Platform
- Click on Forgot your password?
- Enter your email address and click on Submit. You will receive an email with a password reset link
- Open the email from EthosData and click on the reset password link
- Answer the two Security Questions that you had set up you when registering your account.
- Click on Submit Answers
- Enter new password and confirm new password
- Click on Save. Your password is reset
- Note – Your account will be locked for 5 minutes after 3 failed attempts for passwords and 4 failed attempts for security questions
- If you do not remember your security Questions, Please contact Support@EthosData.com to get your account reset and set a new set of Verification Questions
