Reason: The Digital Rights Management (DRM) is not able to communicate with EthosData server to verify and allow access.
Solution: Please make sure that you are connected to Internet on a stable network. If there is no issue with the connection, chances are that your Firewall is blocking the communication ports for the DRM to connect to our server.
The EthosData platform is accesible via https URL like https://[SUBDOMAIN].ethosdata.com. Please make sure that your IT can ensure:
- Access is allowed on your corporate firewalls setup to ports 80 (http) and 443 (https).
- No restriction is applied to the domain *ethosdata.com (i.e. https://dataroom.ethosdata.com); specially to our Policy Server URL https://ps.ethosdata.com/ps1
