Reason : This happens when your corporate network has strict site restrictions and our URL is not granted access.
Solution : Our URL needs to be whitelisted and your IT team needs to make sure that access is allowed on the firewall setup to ports 80 (http) and 443 (https). Also ensure that no restriction is applied to *ethosdata.com (i.e. https://dataroom.ethosdata.com or to IP address 220.127.116.11.
If the you are working on the Secure platform, https://secure.ethosdata.com needs to be white-listed.
