There could be two reasons for this:
1 - Probably you are accessing a different platform from the one where you have your project.
Solution:
EthosData has two platforms:
Dataroom (https://dataroom.ethosdata.com)
Secure (https://secure.ethosdata.com)
Please send a mail to support@ethosdata.com to double check which platform your project belongs to.
2 - Your password is stored on the browser.
The stored password will always be the one that will be used as credentials and any recent changes to the password doesn't get updated automatically. So even when you change it, the old (stored) password is forced by the browser.
Solution: You should delete the saved password. Please send a mail to support@ethosdata.com if you do not know how to do it and we will help you.
