Reason: You may be seeing this because two common reasons
- The EthosData DRM is not correctly installed.
- The files are not being opened with our DRM application.
Search for FileSecure icon in your computer system tray (the system tray is in the bottom-right corner on the screen).
- If it does not appear, then you will need to install the DRM again. Please install the DRM from the link here.
- If it does appear, then right click on the FileSecure Lite icon and click on Repair Installation. Once this is done, please try to open the files again.
Note: if still this does not resolve the issue, right click on the downloaded documents and select the function to force the documents to be opened with the DRM.
