Reason :
1 . Your access rights for the file has been revoked by the Administrator
(or)
2 . Your Digital Rights Management (DRM) client is already logged in with another user's credentials
Solution :
For 1 : Please contact us on Support@EthosData.com
For 2 :
You will need to logout from the DRM and try to open again the files again. It will ask for the new credentials.
- Right click over Seclore icon on the taskbar
- Click “Logout All”
- Click Yes
- Enter your login credentials again to access the files
