Users are not able to see the files on the project

Reason : This could happen because of two reasons.

1. No Permissions have been assigned to view the files
2. Missing Digital Rights Management (DRM)

Solution : 

1 - This happens when users are added to the project without being granted access to view files. The user might not be added to the permission group or the “ View Documents” option under the permission settings is not enabled.

After installing the DRM, reboot the system. Once this is done, you should be able to view the files from the project.
