To change or reset your password:
- Go to the EthosData Virtual Dataroom Platform
- Click on Forgot your password?
- Enter your email address and click on Submit. You will receive an email with a password reset link
- Open the email from EthosData and click on the reset password link
- Answer the two Security Questions that you chose when you created your account*
- Click on Submit Answers
- Enter new password and confirm new password
- Click on Save. Your password is reset
- Note – Your account will be locked for 5 minutes after 3 failed attempts for passwords and 4 failed attempts for security questions
* If you do not remember your security Questions, contact email@example.com to reset your account and reconfigure you Verification Questions.
