To upload multiple documents or an entire folder structure(folders with multiple documents within them):
1. Click on Manage Content
2. Select Bulk Upload (you can also add multiple documents with the quick access tools on the top right side of the workspace)
3. On your computer, browse to find the folder to upload, left click on the folder, select “send” to then go “compress folder” to create a zipped folder. Select the zipped folder.
4. Click on Process file.
5. After the processing is complete, click close.
Optional:
- You can send an email notification to users.
- You can override permissions by selecting customized permissions, otherwise documents will be uploaded with parent folder permissions.
- You can check the uploading process by going to the Bulk Operations option under the Access Content menu. You will also receive an email when the operation is processed.
