Uploading Files with Drag & Drop

With our Drag & Drop feature, Administrators can upload multiple files or folders directly to the data room with the steps below:

1. Navigate to the folder where you want to upload the new file or folder. 
2. Directly drag the file or the folder from your desktop to the folder work area. Drop the file or folder you dragged into the upload queue window that shows up.
3. A notification window will show up, asking if you would like the participants of this section to be notified of this upload. Select this option if you wish to send notification about this upload. You can see the status of the upload in the upload queue window.
4. Once complete, the upload queue window will automatically close and you can see the new content uploaded.

Please Note:
- this feature is only available to the Administrators.
- you may navigate to other folder sections on the project or download single files while the files are uploading but navigating to other sections of the project such as sitemap or using the left panel functionalities will prompt if you want to leave the page. Selecting "Leave" will interrupt the upload queue and only the files that have been processed till that point will get uploaded.
- Internet Explorer 11 is not supported.
- you may upload up to 500 files or 5 GB of content at a time.
